There are several factors that ensure a successful listing. I start by listening carefully to my clients’ needs and goals. I keep a close watch on the market numbers and factors that are influencing those numbers. I go over this information with my clients so that, together, we can construct a game plan for how to best price, market and advertise their home for sale. Putting together a strategy that drives demand for the Seller’s home requires a clear understanding of the local market conditions, who the target audience is for this specific home, and how I can present the home in its best light.
To do this successfully takes a discerning eye, careful staging, quality photographs & marketing materials, time spent educating buyers & buyers' agents and diligent follow-up with everyone who has shown an interest in the home. I do all of these things correctly and with care, realizing optimal client outcomes.
