Buying
What is important when representing a Buyer?
First, listening to their needs and helping them hone in on exactly what they are looking for and why. Second, understanding the market so that the buyer does not overpay for the home. Third, being a strong negotiator and having the interpersonal skills to work with the listing agent to finalize the terms of the deal. Fourth, project management skills are key in order to keep the transaction on track and closing on time. There are many moving parts in every transaction - and many people involved: the attorney, the lender, inspectors, repair contractors, family members, movers – the list goes on. It is important to have an agent who can lead and manage every aspect of the process in a professional manner and ensure that all details are handled correctly and on time.
